  This was our second year in a row to stay at The Summit in PCB. We enjoy the location and amenities The Summit has to offer. Plus, it is affordable for a family of 4. Our unit was clean and tidy. (I did have to Google how to work the washer and dryer) Other than that, we had zero issues and wonderful memories were made. The booking and directions for arrival and departure were clear and sent in a very timely manner. We look forward to coming back again next year.

  The rental was very nice. My only 2 complaints are 1. Not having anything to mop the floors with. The floors would up VERY dirty all the time with no way to mop it for over a week. 2. The dryer took multiple cycles to dry the clothes. Other than that the condo was clean, perfect view, and had everything we needed for our long stay.

  Everything was great, except the dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes. There was a couple places in the ceiling that looked like mold but it didn’t bother us The property was clean and updated. I would definitely rent this place again. There is a guest laundry service on site so you could use that big needed.

  I was very satisfied with my accomidations. The condo was very clean and inviting. I was dissapointed that there was only one elevator working, which made for long waits to get back and fourth from our condo to the first floor. This is the second time that I have stayed on the property and I am very pleased. We love Bikini Bobs and the pools on the property.
