  Although it needs work, this was the nicer of the 2 rentals we paid for this Spring Break. The table extended so we could host family meals for 10 of us; we had one broken toilet that was never repaired. The maintenance at this place is overwhelmed and not able to accommodate the vast amount of renters. They do have a place to lock our bikes for daily adventures. The view is a plus but there are nicer places along the beach to stay.

  We had a wonderful time for a winter vacation. Paula was an excellent property manager. Very helpful and attentive to our needs. Our only issue was that we are a family that eats in a lot and there weren't enough of the dishes we would have liked to have to prepare meals. If you eat most meals out this would be a non issue. The unit itself was wonderful and we would rent it again. Thanks Paula

  We loved our stay at the Summit 1321. Very beautifully decorated and updated. Everything was fresh and clean upon arrival, and no problems the entire stay. The master bedroom is huge with a king size bed, and the an added bonus is the little nook with a sink and mirror before heading into the bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo. Not to mention thru the other door is another toilet and sink area for those teenagers to get ready while someone is using the shower in the next room. The built in bunk beds in the hallway are the best. They are the perfect size and my 2 teenagers slept great on them with plenty of room. The couch also makes a pull out bed that our middle teenager said was super comfy as well. The washer and dryer in the unit is the best thing ever. No dirty clothes to bring home was amazing! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. An added bonus is if you have teenagers, the balcony overlooks the pools as well, so they can swim while you sit on the balcony and enjoy the views of the ocean all the while keeping a watchful eye on your teenagers below in the pool. We will definitely be booking this unit again!!

  We enjoyed our stay, there are a couple of things it would have been helpful to know prior to arriving. Beach towels are not in the unit. Also bring your own soap, there's one hotel size bar in the unit. Also laundry detergent wasn't provided but dryer sheets were. And no extra toilet paper either.
  Two of the four elevators weren't working, although they said a 3rd one was going be up an running sometime in March.
  There were no check in/out instructions in the unit.
